September has been an absolutely crazy month and I actually didn’t get around to opening my September PopSugar Must Have Box until yesterday when I wrote about the PopSugar Must Have Box October spoiler yesterday! I normally open the box while I’m walking up from the mailbox, so I can’t believe I waited this long!
It’s perhaps the lightest box they’ve ever shipped and at first glance I wasn’t all that excited. Once I began taking the photos for this post, however, everything came together and I’m pretty happy with all of the items I received!
Here’s what I received in my September PopSugar Must Have Box:
Too Faced Brow Envy ($39) – This was an item they announced ahead of time and a product I’m excited to receive. I don’t normally do much with my brows so I’m looking forward to giving these products a whirl! I mean, who knew you need things like wax for your eyebrows?! In addition to the items seen here, there are a few brow stencils included with the kit as well.
Kris Nations XO Stud Earrings ($35) – While it’s true that mismatched earrings have been awhile, it’s also true that this is a trend I wasn’t willing to invest any money into so you can imagine my excitement that these super adorable earrings were included in this month’s box! Also, how adorable is the packaging? Part of me doesn’t want to wear the earrings because I want to preserve them just like this!
NCLA So Rich Vitamin-E Enriched Cuticle Oil ($18) – Part of the reason I wasn’t originally too thrilled with this box is because the earrings were packaged with this cuticle oil and I completely missed them. Cuticle oil on it’s own is pretty ho hum, even if it is a product that I desperately need each winter. I’m going to keep this on my nightstand in an attempt to try to remember to use it each evening before going to bed.
Briogeo Rosarco Milk Reparative Leave-In Conditioning Spray ($20) – While this packaging looks familiar to me, I don’t think this is a product I have seen and/or tried before. I am intrigued though because according to the information card this conditioning spray will help make hair both softer and stronger. Since I’ve been coloring my hair and thanks to the heat of summer, I am in need of “softer” hair.
Hudson + Bleecker Laybrinth Onyx Travel Trio ($42) – PopSugar is really speaking my language with this inclusion as there are few things I enjoy receiving (or shopping for) more than travel accessories! This is a three-piece kit, and the two patterned bags stow away inside of the clear bag for easy storage. The bags are marked with one for lingerie and the other for shoes, which is nice because the last thing you want is to store your clean underwear in a bag that previously held dirty shoes. These will obviously be put to good use!
Nourish Snacks Almonds to Cherries ($2) – I know they’re healthy, but almonds are not my favorite so I’ll be sharing this snack with my husband.
Total Retail Value: $156
Overall: Though the items included in the September PopSugar Must Have Box aren’t as loud or flashy as those included in other months, this is still a pretty good box. I plan on putting all of these items to use immediately and am a little bummed that I didn’t have the travel bags when I was in California last week as they certainly would have come in handy! My favorite item in this month’s box are the earrings, but the travel bags are a very close runner-up.
