If you’re looking for one fitness box to help you keep up with your health and fitness goals, Bestowed may be the box for you. Bestowed costs $19 per month, and each month they send out an assortment of healthy snacks, food, and beverages that are hand-picked by a nutritionist. I’ve never been unhappy with Bestowed and the box has definitely opened my eyes to products I never would have found on my own. That can be both a good and bad thing, as you’ll see below.

More so than most other boxes I receive, Bestowed always feels like it’s packed to the brim with products and I always feel like the cost of the box is spot-on with the value. That said, if you’re interested in trying out Bestowed but can’t commit to the $19 price tag, use code “HELLOYUM77” at checkout to get your first Bestowed box for just $10! This coupon is only valid through February 15, 2014.

Here’s what I received in my Bestowed Box this month:

3 free coupons from Bestowed

3 free product coupons: I was pretty excited to open up the box and see three free product coupons sitting right on top! On my next trip to Whole Foods I’ll be picking up a free bottle of kombucha, a free container of Stonyfield Greek yogurt, and a free Nasoya Tofu item!

eboost natural energy booster

EBOOST Natural Energy Booster with Coconut Water: As I mention in the video below, I kind of fell in love with energy shots in 2013. I’m not really proud of that fact, but I like the burst of energy they provide without making me feel jittery or crazy. I’d never tried EBOOST before, and I’m glad it was included in the Bestowed Box so that I never waste my money on it. Yuck. I think it’s the coconut water in this shot that made it taste disgustingly medicinal.

Balance Dark Chocolate Bar

Balance Dark Chocolate Peanut Bar: This bar was a very welcome addition to the Bestowed Box. I start almost every morning with a protein bar (specifically the peanut butter chocolate Zone Perfect bar), but I love trying new bars! This bar was quite tasty and I plan on looking for it the next time I’m at the store. I t tasted really decadent but it has only 180 calories!

Cooggies Cookies

Cooggies Cookies: I gave my husband the oatmeal raisin package, while I thought I would enjoy the double chocolate cookies. The first thing my husband said when I gave him the cookies was, “Why are these made with vegetables?” He bit into the cookie and I asked him if could immediately tell it had veggies in it and he just shook his head yes. Uh oh. We did not really enjoy these cookies because they tasted… like vegetables. 🙂 They might be good for kids, but we will definitely not be picking these up again!

Beanfield's Bean and Rice Chips

Beanfield’s Bean and Rice Chips: I’ve received this same bag of chips in a few different subscription boxes now. They’re tasty!

Oatworks Smoothie

Oatworks Pomegranate Blueberry Smoothie: I haven’t tried this yet, but I was intrigued that they were able to mail a smoothie with no need for refrigeration! According to the guide that is included with each Bestowed Box, the smoothie can be drunk on its own, or it can also be used as the base for other smoothies.

Rainbow Light Counter Attack

Rainbow Light Counter Attack: According to the guide, the best way to use this supplement is to take one table at the first sign of seasonal symptoms. If you don’t suffer from seasonal allergies (lucky you!), it can also be taken as a proactive measure against illness.

Skratch Exercise Hydration Mix: I’ve been spending a lot of time on the treadmill recently, which means I’ve also been drinking a lot of water and sports drinks. I can’t wait to try this one!

Salba Chia Boost

Salba Chia Boost: I always add chia to my Nutribullet recipes, so that’s what I’ll be doing with this.

Overall, this was another great month from Bestowed Box! I didn’t like all of the products they sent this month, but I truly think that’s the purpose of subscription boxes. Not only have I found many boxes that I love thanks to my subscription box addiction, but I’ve found many that I never want to try again. Better to have these products included in my boxes than to spend more money on them at the store!

Don’t forget the Bestowed Box Coupon I mentioned above: If you’re interested in trying out Bestowed but can’t commit to the $19 price tag, use code “HELLOYUM77” at checkout to get your first Bestowed box for just $10! This coupon is only valid through February 15, 2014.
