Blue Apron

I recently learned about Hello Fresh, which is a food subscription delivery service. Food delivery as in they deliver EVERYTHING you need to make delicious and nutritious meals, sans things you likely have on hand like salt and pepper and oil. I was getting ready to make my first Hello Fresh order to check it out when a deal for a very similar service popped up at Gilt City.

The deal is for a site called Blue Apron. Each week Blue Apron will send you all of the ingredients you need to make three meals at home. For two people, a subscription costs about $60 per week. They claim to send the highest-quality ingredients, which are guaranteed to stay fresh even if you’re not there to collect your delivery when it’s dropped off.

This type of food subscription service interests me because I am not interested in grocery shopping, and I’m really not interested in cooking. Luckily my husband doesn’t mind cooking and we live in a city where takeout is readily available. That said, I might be inclined to cook more with a site like this that really takes cooking down to the basics and provides absolutely everything.

So yeah, I’ll be taking advantage of this Gilt City offer for Blue Apron! With this deal, instead of $60 you can get your first delivery for two people for $39 people. Shipping is always free. Blue Apron doesn’t ship everywhere in the country yet, so be sure to check the fine print if you’re interested in this deal.

    1. Hi Pat- You should have received a second email from Gilt with your voucher details and how to redeem it. If you didn’t get that email, you’ll need to reach out to Gilt directly for help. Good Luck!
