I’m not sure they ever fully went out of style, but pointed toe flats seem to be coming back with a vengeance this spring! Pointed toe flats are my absolute favorite style of footwear. I have wide feet, so the elongated footbed goes a long way toward making my foot look somewhat graceful! However, this is a style of footwear that looks great on anyone and can be paired with anything. Pointed toe flats will look just as good paired with a pair of shorts as they will with your favorite jeans as they will with your favorite skirt.
If you’re in the market for a new pair of shoes to get you through the spring and summer, here are 18 of my favorite pairs of pointed toe flats:
How fabulous are these Kate Spade New York Love shoes?! When it comes to choosing the perfect shoes for your big day, your search is pretty much over. Nothing screams LOVE more (literally!) then these! I think they would make a great surprise under your dress. The pictures! Swoon.
The only downside? Looks like they only come in pink. I for one am head over heels in love with the color, but it may not be everyone’s fancy, nor your wedding colors or the color you wish for you shoes. If you must have these, then also be aware they are currently available in sizes 5.5, 6, 6.5 and 9.5. If those are your sizes, grab them while you can!
You could also re-purpose them and wear them again on Valentine’s Day and your anniversary. I splurged on my wedding shoes and have justified the cost by wearing them on countless occasions. Almost anytime I need to get dressed up I make sure I can wear them. I’m absolutely smitten. Do I need them? No. Do I want them? You bet. It was love at first sight.
In the hunt for the perfect wedding shoe I never thought about the idea of embracing your new last name and wearing it proudly at your feet! Seeing these adorable monogrammed ballet flats makes me wish I had bought a pair!
And, if you’ve already found your perfect pair, why not grab a pair of these for your bridesmaids. They are too cute! And super affordable, too!
They come in black, holiday red, winter white (perfect for your wedding!!), royal and magenta. Sizes range from 5.5 to 10. And they will only set you back $34.99. A bride can never have too many things with her new initials, right?
I love that they can be customized as well. Just choose your font and color and bam, the perfect wedding shoes! I’d wear these for years to come. I’d even like these if I was a bridesmaids. They are different, yet totally wearable. And did I mention affordable? I may be getting myself a pair as we speak…Now I just have to decide what color.
What do you think of these monogrammed ballet flats? Would you wear them on your wedding day? Or would you get a pair for a bridesmaids?

My heart skipped a beat when it saw these Loeffler Randall Rio sneakers. I literally just let out a gasp, or should I say a meowwww (see what I did there? Cat-cheetah. Its been a long day. :)). I WANT them.
Now I’m wrestling with a hard decision- what color do I want? I’m in love with the cheetah, obviously, because it’s divine, but I can’t get enough of the blush. Normally I’d say get both, but in this case, that’s a no. It’s also not a case where I need a new pair of shoes, but I HAVE TO HAVE THEM. Sorry to shout, I’m just that much in love.
Loeffler Randall Rio in Cheetah Mix, $295. Available in sizes 5-11. Also available in blush, black and white, and watercolor. Check them out- seriously. The watercolor print is beautiful! So is the black and white. You can only get one pair Megan. Breathe.
My only fear would be that I’d be so nervous to wear them and mess them up after spending that kind of money on them. Man, are they great. These shoes would be the accessory- I wouldn’t need anything else!
I’m going to treat myself, are you? I say go for it.
