I loved my wedding shoes, but the only downside to them was that my feet hurt by the end of the evening. I guess that’s the price you pay for 5 inch heels! If you’re looking for an awesome and comfortable pair of shoes for your wedding day, we found just the pair. These J. Renee Chrissy shoes come in all sorts of color combos and with a slight heel. Comfort and cuteness? That’s a definite win!
I’m obsessed with all of the colors- the taupe is fabulous! And I’m in love with the fuchsia. Oh my! And you all know how we feel about glitter. It’s like a Shop Girl Daily staple! So many choices and at a fabulous price it’s ok to choose more than one.
I also like that they are available in different widths, such as narrow and wide. My mom is constantly on the hunt for wide width shoes and seems to have one heck of a time finding some, so for all of those in the same boat, these are for you!
Make a splash at your next outing with the fun and unique Chrissy.
Upper made with patent leather or glittered fabric.
Open-toe with stylish bow at vamp.
Slip-on design makes on and off a breeze.
Soft synthetic lining massages the foot with each step.
The fun thing about shoes are that you can often try a color trend without the full on commitment of an outfit or article of clothing and trying to match it to your wardrobe. For example, I love yellow. I’ve been eyeing a pair of yellow pumps for awhile now. I can pair them with so much and give the trend a go before I fully jump on the yellow bandwagon.
Ummm, talk about a HUGE price difference! Although not an exact match in terms of shoe shape, it’s the color that I was actually going for. The Michael Antonio pumps are the same color, but for not the same price. These would be a great way to try the yellow pumps trend without breaking the bank.
Pair them with jeans and a t-shirt for a fun twist on a casual look or a little black dress. I could even see myself wearing them to work! Another great thing about the color is you can wear it year round. This yellow/citron color would look great in the summer and the fall!
Would you wear yellow pumps? Which do you like better, the splurge or the steal?
White always makes me a little nervous. Especially white on white. If I’m going to spill it will happen to be on the day I’m wearing white, go figure. However, when I saw this white eyelet short set from Pixie Market, I did had to reconsider my stance. Perhaps I could give white another chance! Plus Lisa inspired me as well with her fabulous white on white look, too!
I love that this can be worn together or separately. The top would look adorable with a pair of skinny jeans. Or the shorts would look great with a fun peasant shirt in a bright color. Or even a simple tank. Heck, I see this look as a running around town outfit or brunch with the gals. Just be prepared for lots of compliments! And don’t worry, it is fully lined. Phew! 😉
Although I kept this look fairly neutral, you could definitely add some pops of color! That’s the great thing about white, you can have so much fun with it!
I don’t know if the whole “wearing white after Memorial Day” trend still applies, but if so, now’s your chance!
Do tell: Would you wear white on white?
