2013 Holiday Gift Guide: Fitness Gifts

After all of those cooking, eating, and drinking gifts it only seemed right that we include a few fitness gifts in this year’s gift guide. These fitness gifts will help the intended recipient start their New Year’s fitness goals off on the right track.

2013 Holiday Gift Guide: Dream Body Cardio SeriesDream Body Cardio Series • $129.99 at Fusion Fitness

The Dream Body Cardio Series makes working out fun with 5 different workout videos. With names like “M.I.L.F.” you know it’s going to be fun, but M.I.L.F. doesn’t mean what you might think. Here it means “Max Interval Laced with Fusion.” No matter what kind of workout you’re looking for you’ll find it in this set, from 60 minute cardio workouts to quick 10 minute tune-ups to a barre workout.

NutriBullet • $99.99 at Target

Purchasing a NutriBullet was one of the best things I did in 2013. The NutriBullet makes it so easy to make quick and healthy smoothies each day!

Check out my NutriBullet review for more details.

2013 Holiday Gift Guide: FitbitFitbit • $99.99 at Drugstore.com

This little wristband does everything! It counts your steps each day, as well as distance walked and calories burned, it monitors your sleep and wakes you with a silent alarm, and allows you to set goals and view your progress.

Casual Sash • $46 at Trabeca

No longer will you have to struggle with what to do with your keys and phone while you’re at the gym. Throw on a casual sash, which actually looks hip (unlike the fanny packs of yesteryear), and workout with all of your stuff nearby. Or, throw it on when you don’t want to carry a full purse.
