You can order items using their traditional sizes, or you can submit your measurements to have pieces made exactly in your size. In addition to custom sizing, you can also request changes to garments, such as making hems longer (or shorter), removing sleeves and more. Customization is free for your first order, and then it costs just $9.95 per garment, which is really a steal of a deal for custom clothing! Most items cost $50-$100, but there are frequent coupons and sales so I don't think I have ever paid full price for anything.

Moi-Même is a New York City-based company that focuses on fine office apparel. You can custom order jacket, pants, skirts, dresses, and shirts. The price for a custom shirt starts at $130, while everything else is in the $150-$300 range, although that is dependent on fabrics as nicer selections will cost more. Moi-Même has a great selection of pieces available and if you find yourself regularly wearing suits or business attire to the office, then splurging to have high-quality custom items made for you could actually save you money in the long-run.

Double R by Ravi Ratan

There are lots of places men can go to purchase custom made shirts, but fewer options exist for women. Thankfully, Double R by Ravi Ratan is there to fill the void. They focus exclusively on custom made shirts for women in an assortment of styles. They typically have 100 different colors on hand. Most shirts cost $200-$300.

Double R offers a fit guarantee. If your shirt doesn't fit perfectly when it arrives then they will offer up to a $50 alteration credit to have it fixed by your local tailor. If the shirt cannot be altered they will remake it for free.

If you need to look the part at work and don't have the time to spend searching for suits, Johnna Marie may be a great option for you.
