I have to tell you all that I am pretty much the world's WORST vitamin taker. First of all, I hate swallowing giant vitamins and switched to gummy vitamins as soon as they became a thing for adults. Personally, I received the Beauty Pack, which includes an assortment of Biotin, Vitamin C, and Omega-3. The Vitamin C and Omega-3 help reduce cell damage and signs of aging. Vitamin C also helps with strength, flexibility, and can help skin look younger. Biotin helps your hair and nails look healthier. I'm not going to tell you that I noticed my hair immediately got thicker or my skin seems more supple, because it's nearly impossible to tell that after two weeks and I'm going to trust that these specific vitamins are doing what they're supposed to do. If you're less trusting than me and you don't want to take vitafive at their word, then you may like to know that their vitamins are third party tested for quality, purity, and potency.

What I can tell you is that vitafive vitamins are absolutely DELICIOUS. I know that's a silly way to describe a vitamin, but because they taste so good I actually can't wait to take them each day! My pack of seven gummy vitamins feels and tastes more like a mid-morning snack than they do something healthy that I should be taking. I work from home so it's not much of an issue for me, but I think it's great that the vitamins are pre-portioned into individual packs, so you can quickly grab one to throw in your bag when you're rushing out the door in the morning! (And rest assured that none of your coworkers will steal them since your name is printed on each day's pack.)

In addition to the various packs for adults, you also have the ability to create your own perfect pack! If there are specific supplements that you would like to take, then package them together into your own kit!

The price for a month's supply of adult vitamins starts at $29.99 and goes up to $39.99, depending on the pack. The beauty pack that I received costs $34.99 per month. This is about average for what I've seen for the online vitamin market.

One thing to keep in mind is that vitafive is a subscription service, so you will continue to receive a monthly shipment of vitamins unless you cancel your account. I know that I would constantly forget to reorder, so I like that they automatically ship new orders.
